As a Sales Associate you will be an ambassador of the brand, you will be in charge of welcoming every guest into the store. You are a trustworthy advisor to clients and a reliable partner to managers of the store. Main responsibilities: Consistently captures client data and takes notes of all qualitative information Offer excellent customer service and improve individual business performance Aware of store and individual sales and KPIs targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them - An Operations Excellence Supporter: Ensures impeccable store environment, BOH and grooming at any time of the day Implements all guidelines related to store and both management and participates in inventories Fix Term Contract - 1 year Full-Time 40 hours, fully flexible
